Delux DLV-B31 Driver. Delux's Webcam CD didn't work, so i used Everest to check any info, there i realized the webcam used a "V micro" chip, after some googlesearch and i got to Vimicro website(http://www.vimicro.com/english/product/pc003.htm) where you have a detection tool as well as the driver for Delux DLV-B31 Webcam, it works.
