Empia Technology DEF-299B Driver. As this installation kit for the USB webcam/spycam includes a number of files, I have uploaded the set in a RAR archive. This is similar to a ZIP archive, and all files must be extracted to a location on your local machine before attempting intallation. WinRAR is the program of choice for unpacking RAR archives, but various other applications such as 7zip can also do the job.
